  • Each registered parent or teacher can create up to 5 student accounts. To add more than 5 student accounts, users must contact MyKidsWay.com customer support.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.

2. Services and Content

  • The platform currently offers 3 mental math levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, each containing 40 targeted mental math strategies, totaling 2400 problems.
  • Two algebra levels are available: Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1, with over 1200 challenging problems.
  • Parents and teachers may assign tests to students. Students can attempt these tests multiple times; the most recent attempt’s score is considered for progress tracking.
  • The website administration reserves the right to update and modify math problems at any time, which may affect students’ results.

3. Progress Tracking and Reporting

  • Students, parents, and teachers can monitor overall and level-based progress through dashboards.
  • Weekly targets and daily practice can be set and tracked by parents and teachers using the progress tracker.
  • The system offers 3 certificates based on proficiency in tests and levels; students must achieve more than 75% proficiency in each area to earn certificates.
  • Twelve unique badges are unlocked as students reach different milestones, based on their practice and proficiency improvement.

4. Learning Tools

  • Solution review with detailed answer explanations is provided to help students learn from their mistakes. Effective use of these features impacts student learning outcomes.
  • The Virtual Math Speed Trainer offers timed practice tests for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division at three difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard), with response times limited to 20 seconds per question. Progress reports reflect speed improvements.
  • Mental math and algebra worksheets are available for download. Registered users have unlimited downloads, while unregistered users may download up to 3 worksheets per day.

5. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 50% refund if users feel the platform does not add value to the student’s learning experience.
  • To request a refund, users must provide a fair and reasonable explanation detailing why the platform failed to meet expectations. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of MyKidsWay.com.

6. User Conduct

  • Users agree to use MyKidsWay.com in a lawful manner and not to engage in activities that may disrupt or damage the platform or infringe on the rights of others.
  • Users must respect privacy and confidentiality and must not share login credentials with unauthorized parties.
